Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
We currently ship to countries within two international shipping zones:
- Zone 2: France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Sweden
- Zone 3: Australia, Indonesia, Macau, New Zealand, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea

Domestic Shipping
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
For U.S. orders, delivery typically takes 1–4 business days with standard shipping or 1–2 business days with express shipping, depending on the option selected at checkout.
Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will review the case and work toward a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
